The mission of Needville United Methodist Church is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. The church will be 117 years old this year and consequently is a unique blend of past and present. The church was founded in 1892 and currently has over 200 members. An historical marker, placed in front of the sanctuary in 1992, indicates that NUMC is the oldest Methodist congregation in Fort Bend County.
If you have a desire to donate some of your time serving Christ, please call any member of the Lay Leadership Committee (Nominations) or the church office. We would love to find the right place for your talents and gifts!
Food Pantry Needs Your Help!!!
If you can add a few extra dollars to the check you write to the church and designate it for the food pantry it would be a big help.
Did you know that there is a Needville United Methodist Cemetery?
We do have burial plots available for purchase. Please contact the church office 793-6185 for information.
