Special Events and Announcements
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL- Our church is responsible for the Pre-K classes this year. The Pre-K classes are popular so we can use a few volunteers to teach these little ones! If you can;t help with teaching, we can use your help with snacks. We'll need to provide (50 dozen) cookies, (12 gallons) lemonade, and help in the kitchen on our designated day. If God is tugging at your heart to help in any of these ways or more, please let D.K. know. Thanks!
COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS!!!! If you are a High School Senior that is planning on attending college after graduation, don't forget to contact the Methodist Men for an application for a scholarship.

CONGRADULATIONS!!!! Kaitlin Leachman has been selected to travel to NASA'S Johnson Space Center in Houston this summer to participate in a one-week summer internship. Kaitlin is one of 354 high school juniors from across Texas to be part of High School Aerospace Scholars (HAS).

Urgent Need for Food Pantry
When you sit down to a meal, do you think about the people in our community that have no food to make a meal? Please help!!
There are many families in our community that are out of work because of the economy. Please give what you can to help those in need.
If each person could add a few dollars to the amount you give to the church (and write how much and "food panty" on your check or envelope), I will buy the food and Pauline and Forrest will deliver it.
